I. Registration fees 

Any sponsorship will be properly acknowledged in the conference materials and/or during the respective activity. The list of sponsors will also be presented on this website.

² 6 m² exhibition space (one table, 2 chairs), payment of full conference registration ("Professional") fee for every person is requested.

Other requirements (e.g. larger size exhibition area, extra workshop during conference, etc.) can be discussed with extra cost.

 

II. Other possibilities of company promotion/presentation.

 

Advertisement in the Book of Proceedings, one page (A4, colour)

Insert in the conference bag and Advertisement in the Book of Abstracts, one page (A4)

Leaflets, brochures and other promotional materials shall be delivered to the Conference Secretariat address until August 30^th, 2027.

IV. Application

 

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

1) Complete the sponsors and exhibitors document and send it to the address: liuqi@ieecas.cn

2) The technical secretariat will send an invoice for the payment to the sponsor or exhibitors.

3) Sponsor or exhibitors must make the full payment of the amount. The payment will not be refundable.

4) Send company logo in vector format.
