Payments received through bank transfer must meet the corresponding deadlines, otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.

Cancellations and refunds:

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email: houxl@ieecas.cn. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Name change:

Name change (substitution within the same company) should be reported in writing to Conference Secretariat (liuqi@ieecas.cn) A handling fee of 300 RMB will be charged for each name change after August 2^nd, 2027.

III. Visa requirements:

Formal invitation letter for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. We strongly advise to apply visa application at least one month prior the conference. The organizers cannot be held responsible for registration cancellations if a visa application is denied. Also, in this case the cancellation fees will be applied.

VI. Visa-Free policy:

The National Immigration Administration (NIA) announced on 19-12-2024 that it will fully relax and optimize the visa-free transit policy, which was effective immediately. The stay duration for foreign nationals eligible for visa-free transit has been extended from the previous 72 hours and 144 hours to 240 hours (10 days), Xi'an Xianyang Airport is covered as the allowed entry airport for visa-free transit travelers, please refer to the "China's Visa-Free Transit Policy Fully Relaxed and Optimized"
